We purchased the maxcleanse.com domain many years ago, before this company was around. We are completely unaffiliated with them and do not approve of their poor customer service or their products. We have several bad phone numbers for them (none of which work any longer). They do appear to be based out of Hollywood, FL. Unfortunately, our attempts to contact them regarding their customers who end up on our site, asking us to cancel their orders has not been a fruitful inquiry. We are unsure why their customers end up on our website. We suggest that you call the phone number listed on your credit card or bank statement.
