Refund and Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

ACCESSORIES RETURN POLICY:  You can return the product (arrays, plates, cable, salt) within 14 days from date of delivery for a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Item must be UNUSED, returned in original packaging and returned in same condition it was received. Buyer pays return shipping.

COMPLETE SYSTEMS RETURN POLICY:  You can return the product within 30 days from date of delivery for a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Item must be unused, returned in original packaging, returned in same condition it was received. Buyer pays return shipping.

International orders are not returnable.

Please contact us BEFORE sending item(s) for refund so we can assess the situation in advance.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase INCLUDED with your return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original packaging or condition, is damaged or is missing parts will be subject to evaluation for refund determination.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and amount, if applicable.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card of original method of payment, within usually 5-7 business days after receipt and validation.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email contact first at: ionicbalancer@aol.com or call/text 520-330-2686 so we may assess the correct process and if necessary to return to us, we will have you send your item to:

Gifts or Third Party purchases

If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, or purchased through a third party dealer (not purchased directly from us) then you’ll need to contact that person for a refund.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should carefully package and protect the item(s) and mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
