What about children and persons under 100 pounds?

The technology behind the detox foot spa is based upon body mass/weight of the person using the system. For that reason, persons under 100 pounds should reduce their session time down from 30-40 minutes to about 20 minutes.

As for children, in addition to their body mass/weight being under 100 pounds, they also do not have decades of toxins built up within their bodies as adults may have. Foot spa sessions with children should be about 10-15 minutes depending upon age AND should be under parental supervision.

Who CANNOT use the ionic detox foot spa?

It is a generally widespread consensus that persons with organ/tissue transplants should NOT use ionic foot spas at all. The reasoning behind this, is that a transplanted organ/tissue is technically not part of your body and could be identified as an “invader” by the ions which would try to “fix” the organ/tissue by attempting to flush it out. For that reason, it is strongly recommended that persons with organ/tissue transplants NEVER use the ionic foot spa unless under close physician supervision.

The second category of persons who should possibly NOT use ionic foot spas are person with “electrically active” implants such as pacemakers, defibrillators, spinal stims, etc. Again, it is strongly recommended that persons with these implants NOT use the ionic foot spa unless under close physician supervision.

The third category or persons who should NOT use ionic foot spas are women who are pregnant or still nursing. The reasoning behind this is similar to organ transplants in that technically, the child is not part of your body and could be identified as an “invader” by the ions which would try to “fix” the organ/tissue. For nursing reasons, you would not want the detoxing materials to transfer to the newborn.

Inert transplants (nonelectrical) in the body such as metal pins, screws, rods, joints (hip, knee, etc) are just fine and persons can use the ionic foot spa without issues.

What is your Return policy?

For all of our COMPLETE Systems:

Return Policy:  You can return the product within 30 days, for a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Item must be unused, returned in original packaging, returned in same condition it was received. Buyer pays return shipping.

For Arrays, Plates, Accessories:

Return Policy:  You can return the product within 14 days, for a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Item must be unused, returned in original packaging, returned in same condition it was received. Buyer pays return shipping.

Exception:  If you ordered the wrong plates/array or system and need an exchange, then the Return Fee will not apply as long as the product is unused and in same condition it was received. Buyer pays return shipping.

 

Do you offer dealer or affiliate programs?

We do not offer an affiliate program or a “referral” program, but we DO offer a dealer program. Our dealer program does not have any minimum sales or order quotas. Many of our dealers sell a few systems a year to help cover other expenses, but we do have dealers who sell our systems in their small businesses.

We can set up “drop shipping” for you so you do not need to warehouse systems.

Where’s my order? How can I check status?

Anytime we process an order for shipping, we automatically send tracking information to each customer via email to the email address submitted when you placed your order online. Sometimes this tracking information ends up in “junk” or “spam” folders. If the email did not come through and you would like tracking information on your shipment, please call or text us at 520-330-2686 or email us at ionicbalancer@aol.com and we’ll be happy to re-send the tracking information for your order.

If you do not provide us with an email address at the time of purchase, please call us and we’ll be happy to look up the tracking information for your shipment over the phone.

I have a coupon – How do I use it?

Enter the coupon code into the “coupon or discount” box after you have added something to your shopping cart on ionicbalancer.com. Our coupons are released at regular intervals and sometimes, every couple months. Current coupon information and specials can be found on our Facebook page or under Promotions on the left side.

How do I place an order?

1) You can place an order online at any time through our “Products/Buy Now” page. You can use a Paypal account OR you can use a debit/credit card (select Guest at payment page, PayPal account not required)  to pay for your order.

3) If you would like to pay for your order using PayPal, we can send an invoice to you directly through PayPal. Simply give us a call or send us an email to ionicbalancer@aol.com along with the items you would like to order and your PayPal email address.

How do I know if my product qualifies for warranty coverage?

If you are having a problem with your Ionic Body Balancer, the easiest way to start a warranty claim is to call us or text us at 520-330-2686. We may ask you to email us photos of your array, cables, or controller unit. This helps to streamline the process, as we can usually troubleshoot most problems with photos and a telephone conversation with the customer.

If we are unable to resolve your problem over the phone or by email, we may ask you to send your unit in for testing. We do need you to include a note with a brief description of the problem, your name (or the name that was used to place the order, if they are different), current shipping address, and some means of contacting you. Sometimes we find that one part of your system needs replacement but is not covered under warranty (such as cables that have been submerged under water or power unit has been damaged) and if we can get in touch with you, we can work with you on an order for new parts.

There is a standard minimum diagnostic/repair charge of $50.

We do not pay for you to ship the unit back to us or to return to you. We do not use RMA’s; our customer records are sorted by customer name, not customer number.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes. We offer a two-year limited warranty on power control units against defective materials and workmanship, as well as normal wear and tear.

We offer warranty replacement ONLY coverage against defective materials or assembly errors on the arrays, plates and cables. The arrays  and plates are a consumable item and are going to wear with normal use. The warranty ONLY applies to defects.
